Production Operative

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. This role involves operating production equipment within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a team in a fresh environment. The role is fully paid and suitable for those eager to contribute to efficient production processes. Shifts available are;
Backshift - Monday to Thursday 2pm till Midnight Duties Assist in the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of production lines Maintain cleanliness of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations Monitor production processes, identify issues, and report discrepancies promptly Support warehouse activities such as material handling and inventory management as needed Experience Strong organisational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment This position offers a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills within a professional manufacturing setting.

This job will become permanent after 12 weeks probation.
