Sales Negotiator

Location: Lanark

Our client amarket leading consultancy specialising in business sales within the healthcare sector are looking to recruit a commercially aware Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Leamington This is a relationship-led role where you'll build trust with clients, generate buyer interest and negotiate successful sales.

The Role Working alongside Business Brokers, you will:
Introduce practices to prospective buyers. Build relationships with healthcare practices, buyers and investors. Qualify buyers and match them with suitable opportunities. Generate interest and manage follow-up throughout the sales process. Negotiate offers and help agree successful deals. Maintain accurate CRM records and support transactions through to handover.

You will be:

A confident and articulate communicator. Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills. Motivated, proactive and organised. Experienced in sales, business development, recruitment, account management, estate agency or another relationship-focused commercial role. Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and building lasting client relationships. A full UK driving licence is required. Our client offers a range of favourable benefits together with uncapped commission. Previous experience in healthcare sales isn't necessary however, we are looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the confidence to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
