south lanarkshire leisure and culture are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team of lifeguards at carluke leisure centre. You will be responsible to the duty officer for the daily operation of the centre, undertaking a range of duties including pool supervision and cleaning.

shift rota: 2 week shift pattern
week 1: monday, tuesday 8am - 3pm, thursday 8am - 4pm, friday 8am - 2pm, sunday 8am - 6pm
week 2: monday, tuesday, thursday 3pm - 10:30pm, wednesday 1pm - 10:30pm
salary band: £25,165 - £25,366 (per annum)
duration: fixed term until 30th september 2026
- a current pool lifeguard qualification is essential, with a first aid certificate and previous experience being desirable.

responsibilities- supervision of pool activities
- carry out cleaning to meet defined standards
- ensure facilities and equipment are safe and secure in accordance with procedures
