Newly qualified HGV Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply, with full training and ongoing support provided. This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Tipper Driver, Mixer Driver, Concrete Mixer Driver or Truck Driver . Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 Start Times
• Day Shifts Rates of Pay • £15.00 per hour

• Industry-related Training and Ongoing Support Throughout Your Assignment Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Operating and driving Class 2 Tipper or Mixer vehicles safely and efficiently
• Delivering products to business customers, sometimes with assistance from a Driver's Mate
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely and carefully
• Carrying out pre- and post-journey vehicle inspections
• Ensuring all loads are secure and compliant with safety regulations
• Following assigned delivery routes and schedules
• Communicating effectively with dispatch teams and customers
• Completing delivery paperwork and reporting vehicle defects accurately
• Please note that some handball duties are required Essential Skills To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
• A valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• A valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences and no IN, DR, DD or CD endorsements
• A reliable, professional and punctual attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A good understanding of road traffic legislation and road safety
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous Tipper or Mixer driving experience would be advantageous
• Previous customer-facing delivery experience would be beneficial
• Previous commercial Class 2 driving experience would be desirable Training Provided
• Full industry-related training provided
