Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative - Production line work, picking, packing and pallet work. Working with alcohol.
Location:
Skelmersdale - Public transport is limited - please check you can travel to WN8 9TA

Pay Rate: 12.71 p/h
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off (07:00 - 19:00 or 19:00 - 07:00) - Weekly rota provided
Experience: Previous experience working in a Warehouse environment would be preferential, and 2 weeks full training is provided
Contract type: Ongoing temporary work available, with strong demand and regular shifts expected through to January 2027

Assist Resourcing are looking for Warehouse Operatives in Skelmersdale to work with our client, who is one of the leading 3PL companies with UK distribution depots in Northwest and Midlands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Production Line work
• Assembling end displays
• Picking and Packing using a hand scanner
• Wrapping and Loading pallets (heavy lifting between 10 & 15kg)
• Working with alcohol

About you:
If you are a hard-working individual, who relishes a new challenge, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who ideally has previous experience but you will be given 2 weeks training when you start, so we are open to speaking to people with transferrable skills.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. Public transport in the area is limited so please check you can travel to WN8 before you apply.
