Senior Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Detroit area based Senior Financial Analyst for a growing client. We are seeking a detail-oriented financial professional to support strategic planning and performance analysis across multiple business units. This role will be instrumental in developing financial models, preparing forecasts, and delivering insights that influence operational and strategic decisions.

• Develop and maintain annual financial plans, rolling forecasts, and monthly performance dashboards
• Design custom reporting tools and conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers
• Consolidate financial data from various systems to identify patterns and anomalies
• Complete and update compliance-related filings and government surveys
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support evolving business needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
• Strong grasp of financial concepts and reporting standards
• Familiarity with GAAP and financial compliance practices
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
