Floor Nurse – RN or LPN

Position at Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living – South Lyon Senior Care & Rehab, a 5‑star facility located just 5 miles from I‑96 and 8 miles from Novi.

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Starting Rate: $36.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. Total: $39.55 per hour. Includes yearly wage increases.
• LPN – Starting Rate: $30.15 per hour plus $3.40 per hour Hero Pay. Includes yearly wage increases.

• 8‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays
• PRN
• Midnights and days available

• Perform a variety of treatments—wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, advising patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and condition status.
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team—direct assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License plus current CPR‑BLS certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities for creating personalized care plans and implementing effective nursing care and rehabilitation.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
