PositionSummary
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. They drive store execution and performance, build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service, and manage all opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.
Essential Function- Manage store operations and supervise the crew through assignment, direction and follow‑up of all activities.
- Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
- Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote the CVS customer service culture.
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
- Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
- Execute off‑shelf merchandise displays and reset departments following POGs.
- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
- Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent issues as they arise.
Experience as a retail supervisor.
EducationHigh School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).
Anticipated Weekly Hours40 hours.
Time TypeFull time.
Pay Range$16.50 – $24.00 per hour.
