A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. They drive store execution and performance, build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent customer service, and manage all opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite.

• Manage store operations and supervise the crew through assignment, direction and follow‑up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote the CVS customer service culture.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute weekly, promotional and seasonal displays.
• Execute off‑shelf merchandise displays and reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent issues as they arise.

Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

40 hours.

Full time.

$16.50 – $24.00 per hour.
