Base pay range

Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Clean and maintain all areas of the store, including parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas.
• Follow store cleanliness and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and associates.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to store management promptly.
