Responsibilities- Releasing and delivering purchase orders for raw material and production support activities on time.
- Resolving procurement, quality, invoice, and inventory-related issues, including appropriate SAP transactions.
- Conduct part consumption behavior and other parts characteristic analysis.
- Interface with customer service, internal and external suppliers, Product Engineering, and Production to ensure high level of support to satisfy the customer.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with contract management principles.
- Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
