Job Summary

The Buyer supports procurement operations by releasing and delivering purchase orders for raw materials and production-related activities. This role ensures accurate part consumption, resolves quality and invoice issues, and coordinates closely with suppliers, engineering, production, and customer service to maintain consistent operational flow.

• Release and deliver purchase orders for raw materials and production support needs.
• Resolve procurement, quality, invoice, and inventory issues, including required SAP transactions.
• Analyze part consumption behavior and assess part characteristics as needed.
• Interface with customer service, internal and external suppliers, Product Engineering, and Production to ensure high-level support for customer satisfaction.

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with contract management principles.
• Knowledge of supply chain logistics and inventory management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of procurement processes
• Strong attention to detail
