This position is located in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Hourly rate: $21.40 per hour. Core hours are 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Assemble overhead switch gear products, performing a variety of light to medium duty final assembly operations. You will handle complex sub‑assembly tasks, align components, and follow standard procedures.

• Follow established working procedures.
• Set up a workstation to facilitate assembly and work independently పార్ట్‌ or in a group donar.
• Complete paperwork, record labor, confirm production, and move products to the outgoing materials zone.
• Screen defective parts or make adjustments and report concerns.
• Interact with other departments as needed for advice.
• Assist QA and engineering with problem‑solving for new product development.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum six months of relevant manufacturing, military, or related experience.

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Trades training or equivalent in soldering, brazing, electronic terminology, symbols, and circuits.

• Flexibility to work in a changing environment and perform multiple job functions.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, and related applications.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8‑hour shift and lift or push/pull 48 pounds.
