Exciting New Wage Scale: $35–$39/hour
Shifts Available: 2nd or 3rd shift
• $5,000 Retention Bonus Available for 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift!

Your Role as an RN
As a Registered Nurse at Franciscan Villa, you’ll provide exceptional care from admission to discharge, working closely with physicians, families, and the healthcare team. Your clinical expertise will help guide staff and ensure quality care that supports each resident’s physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements
• Current RN license in the state of Wisconsin in good standings with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience

Salary/Compensation: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour
