Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing core nursing programs and leading nursing staff through daily supervision of care on assigned units. Ensures standards of care, maintains a safe environment, and supervises RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants. May act on behalf of the DON in her/his absence.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Previous supervisory experience
• 1-year LTC experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Schedule:

Every other weekend as needed
