As a Security Officer – Industrial Patrol in South Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as manufacturing and industrial. This part‑time role allows you to build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform.

In this position, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, deterring security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will engage with staff and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Your commitment to teamwork and integrity makes a real difference every day.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the facility to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents per site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors while on patrol.
• Assist with access control and identification procedures as required by site policies.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• CPR certification (preferred).
• A guard card or license (preferred).
• Age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in compliance with applicable laws.
• Drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
