Hours: Full time
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday between 08:30 - 17:30
As an Agri Product Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of agricultural product categories, managing performance and supporting the delivery of our business plan. You’ll negotiate with suppliers, develop category strategies, and ensure competitive pricing and strong availability.
- Developing annual business plans for designated categories, including sales strategy and margin targets
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships and negotiating terms
- Monitoring category sales and ensuring availability and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating sales campaigns with Marketing and Operations teams
- Analysing product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform decisions
- Managing and coaching Product Management Assistants to support their development
- Farming or agricultural background
- Proven track record in managing margins and P&L
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills
- Proficient in IT systems and Microsoft Excel
- Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and adapts well under pressure
