Eaton South Molton, part of Eaton's Aerospace division, seeks a seasoned Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize lean, cost-efficient processes at the Devon site. You will lead cross-functional teams to reduce variability and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and test operations.
Responsibilities include advanced root-cause analysis, cost-out events, and participation in Pro Launch and new product development activities to shorten cycle times and improve product reliability.
