• You’ll own a portfolio of growing, ambitious OMBs and mid‑market groups
• You’ll lead delivery across both compliance and advisory – restructures, EIS, capital allowances, share schemes and more
• You’ll be visible to Partners and clients – not buried under layers of management
• You’ll be part of a team that’s scaling – and your voice will help shape how it grows
• You’ll get progression – this isn’t a seat‑warmer role. There’s a clear path to SM and Director

• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent
• Corporate tax experience in a UK accountancy firm
• Strong grounding in compliance and confident dipping into advisory
• Comfortable managing a portfolio and developing client relationships
• A team player who mentors junior staff and contributes to a positive culture

• Salary £55k‑£70k depending on experience
• Annual bonus
