We are delighted to be supporting them in the search for a Corporate Account handler, based near South Molton. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering hybrid working and a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum (DOE), alongside an impressive benefits package which includes generous holiday entitlement and a range of other perks.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting Large Corporate Insurance clients and ensuring the smooth, efficient servicing of their accounts. Working closely with an Executive, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client queries, applying your insurance knowledge and understanding of standard policy wordings, extensions and limitations.

Your duties will include:

Obtaining new business quotes, dealing with renewals and mid-term adjustments

Acting as a key point of contact for insurers, supporting negotiations and fostering positive working relationships

Ensuring all work adheres to business operational standards, policies and processes

Using client applications accurately, maintaining data quality and handling invoices

Supporting the end-to-end broking process in a collaborative team environment

Seeking opportunities to introduce clients to additional services and products

Maintaining your own CPD and demonstrating the Client Journey and company values throughout your work

To be considered for this role, you will ideally bring:

5 years' experience within a similar insurance role

A strong administrative skillset

Solid understanding of commercial products and insurance market principles

Awareness of underwriting, claims and broking processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proven ability to deliver exceptional client service

A proactive and relationship-focused approach
