Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified - RGN/RMN) – South Molton, Devon – £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a high‑quality nursing home in South Molton.

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday supernumerary position
• Every other weekend on duty
• Supporting the Home Manager with day‑to‑day running of the service
• Leading the clinical team and promoting high standards of care
• Conducting audits, supervision, training and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines

• High‑end dementia and general nursing service
