Description

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer‑facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution‑focused environment for our members and customers. If you’re passionate about great service and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Part‑time

Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working Saturday or Sunday on a rota basis

As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store’s success, supporting customers with energy, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll handle queries, support counter duties, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

  • Responding to queries promptly and professionally
  • Supporting counter duties with confidence and efficiency
  • Answering phone calls in line with company standards
  • Assisting with stock control and maintaining accuracy
About You
  • A genuine interest in customer service and retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
  • You’ll be confident, approachable, and self‑motivated, with a flexible and team‑oriented attitude. Experience in customer‑facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
