Civil Engineering Manager leads land development projects, driving design and permitting while cultivating client relationships. Requires 5+ years in land development and a PE license preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Lead commercial and industrial land development civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with technical support staff, subcontractors and subconsultants.
Utilize Autodesk Civil 3D.
Plan sites, design civil engineering plans for land development.
Design stormwater detention and sewer systems using various computer software.
Manage permits through municipalities, DOT, sewer districts, and the EPA.
Participate in professional organizations to promote professionalism and integrity.
Maintain key client relationships for assigned projects.
Conduct training for technical and operational staff.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients orally and in writing.
Demonstrate organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
Meet established deadlines.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
5 or more years in Land Development Civil Engineering.
Experienced knowledge of Civil Engineering, specifically land development projects.
Knowledge in AutoCAD Civil3D.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
Demonstrated ability to run projects from start to finish.
You have a PE license and five years land development. Proficient in Civil 3D, Excel, and managing municipal permits. Experienced leading commercial/industrial projects and training technical staff
