We are excited to welcome a Service Advisor to Bill Jacobs Motorsport. The focus of the Service Advisor is to recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance.

Successful Service Advisors are ambitious problem solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment. They are committed to building customer relationships, communicating effectively, and providing a positive service experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery.

• Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns.
• Directing customers’ vehicles to experienced technicians and consulting with technicians about recommended repairs and services.
• Communicating changes in service recommendations, repair timelines, and vehicle readiness.
• Maintaining consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles from the initial visit through delivery.
• Answering customer questions about vehicle service and applicable warranty coverage.
• Advising customers and developing short- and long-term vehicle maintenance and repair plans based on their needs.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the service experience.
