Salary Range: $139,000 - $150,000 plus excellent benefits

Drive Product Strategy Through Data

We're seeking a highly analytical and strategic Lead, Product Analytics & Insights professional to serve as the primary analytics partner to our Product organization. This is a newly created, highly visible individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to shape how data influences product strategy, roadmap priorities, customer experiences, and business outcomes.

You'll work directly with Product leadership and key business stakeholders, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that drive decision-making across the organization. This is more than a reporting role. We're looking for someone who can uncover insights, identify root causes, influence stakeholders, and tell compelling stories with data.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the lead analytics partner supporting Product Management and digital business initiatives
• Own product performance reporting, KPI frameworks, and measurement strategies
• Lead weekly business reviews and communicate performance trends to leadership
• Analyze product, customer, and digital experience data to identify opportunities and risks
• Investigate root causes behind product performance, conversion, engagement, and retention trends
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and scalable analytics frameworks
• Partner with Product Managers to define success metrics and measurement plans for new initiatives
• Support experimentation, testing, and optimization efforts
• Leverage Snowflake, Looker, and enterprise data platforms to generate actionable insights
• Present findings and recommendations to executive and cross-functional stakeholders
• Influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and business decisions through data-driven storytelling
• Establish best practices and help elevate analytics maturity across the Product organization

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, or a similar analytics-focused role
• Advanced experience with Snowflake
• Experience using Looker and modern business intelligence platforms
• Proven ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience translating analytics into business recommendations
• Demonstrated success influencing decisions through data and insights
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and user behavior
• Strong understanding of product performance measurement and experimentation
• Ability to connect analytics findings directly to product strategy and business outcomes
