Job Description:
Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in enterprise-scale implementations.
Strong Salesforce development background with hands-on experience in Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex development and customization.
Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or banking and financial services domain.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT support, defect analysis, and production implementation.
Salesforce certifications are preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Applications or Engineering.
