CFS is seeking a Pastor / Director of Stewardship to champion giving as discipleship within a growing nonprofit church community in Naperville, IL. The role leads donor care, communication, and engagement, especially with major contributors, and guides capital campaigns in alignment with the church’s mission.
The position can be filled by a pastor with stewardship focus or a fundraising professional. AFP membership and CFRE certification are desired;
Bachelor’s degree required.
