Looking for a nursing opportunity with consistent daytime hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and the chance to provide focused 1:1 care?
AB Staffing Solutions is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a school-based 1:1 nursing opportunity in Naperville, IL, for the 2026–2027 school year.
- Pay: Up to $50/hour.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday.
- Hours: Approximately 30 hours/week.
- Start: ASAP.
- Duration: 2026–2027 school year.
- Setting: School-based, 1:1 nursing.
You’ll provide dedicated nursing support to an individual student throughout the school day while working alongside school staff and other members of the educational team.
Responsibilities may include providing nursing care according to established orders and care plans, monitoring the student's health and safety, maintaining appropriate documentation, and communicating with the appropriate members of the student's care and educational teams.
What We’re Looking For - Candidates should have:- Active Illinois RN license or qualifying multistate license.
- Current BLS/CPR.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a school environment.
- Pediatric, school-based, home health, or 1:1 nursing experience is preferred.
