Stand Up Fork Lift Picker Are you an experienced stand-up forklift operator looking for your next opportunity? Join Via Photon and become part of a fast-paced warehouse team where safety, accuracy, and teamwork are essential. In this role, you'll operate a stand-up forklift to pick, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse while helping ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Operate a stand-up forklift safely to pick and retrieve products from warehouse racks.
• Pull orders accurately according to pick lists, scanner instructions, or warehouse management systems.
• Transport products and pallets throughout the warehouse to designated staging and shipping areas.
• Locate inventory and verify product numbers, quantities, and locations.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and report discrepancies or damaged products to a supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment safety checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift is preferred or required, depending on the assignment.
• Previous warehouse experience, especially in order picking or inventory handling.
• Ability to read pick lists, follow scanner instructions, and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 lbs if required by the position.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
