Working Hours

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday or 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Summary

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Compliance Controller to join our close‑knit team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys coordinating work across multiple suppliers, and takes pride in keeping operations compliant and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Scheduling:
    Create and manage service schedules and planners across diverse fleets, ensuring all vehicles meet legal and compliance standards
  • Work Coordination:
    Book, schedule, and plan work with a wide network of suppliers to maintain efficient operations
  • Job Management:
    Chase updates, document progress, and keep internal systems updated with accurate notes
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review inspection and service sheets to ensure vehicles meet compliance requirements before returning to service.
Experience & Skills
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work well within a team while managing tasks independently
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ownership of workload
  • Confident IT skills, particularly within Microsoft Office and Excel
