Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal are pleased to currently be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Cardiff that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who enjoys managing their own caseload while being fully supported by strong internal systems and experienced support teams.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a caseload of approximately 80 residential property files, covering a broad mix of matters including:
Freehold and leasehold transactions Shared ownership New build purchases Sales and purchases from instruction through to completion The firm has invested heavily in its support structure. You will work alongside a shared legal assistant, with additional backing from dedicated onboarding and post-completion teams, allowing you to focus on fee-earning and client care rather than admin-heavy processes. What the Firm Is Looking For Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer Proven experience handling residential conveyancing files independently Comfortable managing volume while maintaining quality and client service Strong communication and organisational skills An existing local following or established relationships with estate agents or referrers would be a strong advantage, though this is not a requirement Why Consider This Opportunity?
