The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably within a modern manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
Working collaboratively within a skilled on-site engineering team
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and engineering best practice
Shift Pattern
2 Days / 2 Nights / 4 Off (continental)
Excellent work-life balance

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Background in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments
Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent)
Proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for engineering excellence
