Sales Coordinator - Customer Service Advisor - Sales Support

Our client is a leading manufacturing business based in Derbyshire. Due to continued investment out client is now looking for a Sales coordinator to join their team. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role as the key link between customer, sales managers, accounts and manufacturing.

• Supporting the external sales team by managing incoming leads and ensuring quotations are followed through effectively
• Submitting quotations for both new and existing customers
• Working closely with Operations and Sales to coordinate orders
• Responding to both phone and email enquiries
• Sending out marketing literature and samples

• Previous experience within customer support in a business to business environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office (including Excel)
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workloads

This role is Monday-Friday. In return for the right candidate our client is offering an early finish on Fridays (3.30), a competitive numeration scheme, company pension and accessible onsite parking.
