Eden Futures seeks a Specialist Service Manager responsible for line managing Support Workers and ensuring safe, respectful, and compliant service delivery.
Responsibilities- Line management responsibility for Support Workers
- Lead the service effectively, ensuring service users remain safe, respected, and protected from harm
- Ensure compliance with legislative obligations and compliance standards
- Remain vigilant, professionally curious, and responsive, acting in the best interests of individuals supported
- Live the company values and safeguarding practices in everyday work
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Non‑contractual benefits including taking your birthday off, Group Income Protection, death in service benefit, and access to Westfield Health
- £500 bonus for each successful referral to a Support Worker role (unlimited referrals)
