Counterbalance Driver FLT

We've got a great opportunity for you to join our client, who is well-established within the pharmaceutical storage and distribution sector. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join the team.

If you have experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift or Counterbalance FLT Truck, this could be the perfect opportunity to secure a long-term role with excellent rates of pay and overtime available.

Based in South Normanton – Easily accessible as located just off the M1 & A38.

Ideal if you are based in surrounding areas such as:
Chesterfield, Mansfield, Nottingham.

Unless you live in the immediate area (5-mile radius of South Normanton), you will unfortunately be unable to get to work on time using public transport.

Duties:

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift or Counterbalance FLT Truck to safely move stock around the warehouse.

* Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.

* Moving palletised goods to storage locations and production areas.

* Using an electronic scanner to accurately locate and move stock.

* Following all health and safety procedures while operating FLT equipment.

* Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

Hours:

Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):

Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work overtime during busier periods.

Pay:

Week 1 (Days): £13.54 per hour
Week 2 (Afters): £15.57 per hour
Nights: £18.05 per hour

Previous

Experience:

* Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or Counterbalance Forklift is essential.

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although all FLT licence types will be considered.

* Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.

* Previous warehouse and Forklift experience is advantageous.
