Counterbalance Driver FLT

We've got a great opportunity for you to join our client, who is well-established within the pharmaceutical storage and distribution sector. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and experienced Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join the team.

Based in South Normanton – easily accessible just off the M1 & A38. Ideal if you are based in surrounding areas such as:
Chesterfield, Mansfield, Nottingham. Unless you live in the immediate area (5-mile radius of South Normanton), you will unfortunately be unable to get to work on time using public transport.

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift or Counterbalance FLT Truck to safely move stock around the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance Forklift.
• Moving palletised goods to storage locations and production areas.
• Using an electronic scanner to accurately locate and move stock.
• Following all health and safety procedures while operating FLT equipment.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.

Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts):

• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00

The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work overtime during busier periods.

• Week 1 (Days): £13.54 per hour
• Week 2 (Afters): £15.57 per hour
• Nights: £18.05 per hour

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT or Counterbalance Forklift is essential.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, although all FLT licence types will be considered.
• Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse and Forklift experience is advantageous.
