Academic Resource Center (ARC) Supplemental Instructor - Anatomy & Physiology - Spring 2026 Job Summary

The Academic Resource Center is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our academic support team as Supplemental Instructors for Anatomy & Physiology. The successful candidates will play a key role in enhancing student success by leading structured group study sessions for challenging courses. As a Supplemental Instructor, you will collaborate with faculty, provide academic support, and create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct regularly scheduled SI sessions.
  • Facilitate group discussions, review course materials, and reinforce key concepts.
  • Collaborate with course instructors to align session content with the ongoing curriculum.
  • Guide effective study skills, time management, and exam preparation.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment for all participating students.
  • Maintain attendance records.
Federal Work Study Requirement

NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required

Required Qualifications
  • Successful completion of A&P I and II with a strong understanding of the content (A or B+).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
  • Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for supporting student success and fostering a positive learning environment.
