The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Seton Hall University invites applications for a full‑time tenure‑track position at the rank of assistant professor in Computer Science to start in August 2026.

• Priority will be given to applicants with research in areas of Computer Engineering, Robotics, or Cybersecurity.
• Depending on the applicant's academic background, teaching responsibilities will include courses in Computer Science at all undergraduate levels and/or undergraduate/graduate courses in Cybersecurity or Data Science, including service courses.
• Supervision of student research and maintaining a computer engineering lab is expected.

• A PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area is required.
• The successful applicant will have a strong interest in teaching, in research, and in providing student research experiences.
• Ph.D. must be completed by the start of employment.

• Teaching experience, a publication record, and successful grant funding are desirable.
