A. Unanue Latino Institute is seeking to hire a Summer Work Study student to perform general office work duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, mailing, answering phones and corresponding, as assigned by the Executive Director of the Unanue Latino Institute. Additional responsibilities may include public relations, special events coordination, alumni/scholar engagement.

• Perform general office worker duties and word processing.
• Advance skills as required by the department.
• Special Events: plan events, prepare/edit promotional and informational materials, set-up and break-down of events, transport materials to/from campus locations, and support of Latino Institute enrichment programs, outreach events, and annual gala.

No – Federal Work Study eligibility not required.

• Familiarity with department/office procedures.
• Knowledge of specific software programs as needed.

• Must be registered as a full time student for Spring 2026.
• Be eligible for Federal Work Study.
