Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $19.00/hr pay is based on skills and experience.

- $300 Sign-On Bonus!

- $5.00 Gas Bonus per shift for hourly caregivers!
- $2.00 added to hourly rate for weekend shifts!
- Increased mileage reimbursement to $1.00 (NJ Law recommends a minimum of $0.62)

- Build meaningful relationships with your client.
- Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone.
- Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes.
- Ensure safety and supervision of your client.
- For drivers be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands.
- MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification.
- MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID-19.
- Two (2) forms of r's License, Social Security card, etc.
- Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), Quanti
FERON (within 12 months) or Chest X-ray. - MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
- For drivers:
Valid driver's license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance. - Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player.
- 1+ year of prior experience as a caregiver, preferred but not required.
