Caregiver (Live In Driver) – Homewatch Care Givers of South Orange

Homewatch Care Givers of South Orange is hiring Certified Home Health Aides for immediate start. We are offering a live‑in driver role.

$16.00/hr - $17.00/hr actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

• Pay day advances through Viventium Pay:
  Your pay when you need it!
• $300 Sign‑On Bonus
• Local cases only
• $2.00 added to hourly rate for Weekend shifts
• Medical, Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance
• Mileage Reimbursement for driving clients

• Build meaningful relationships with your client.
• Provide companionship in a warm, welcoming, encouraging tone.
• Provide assistance with ADLs (bathing, toileting, dressing), meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and linen changes.
• Ensure safety and supervision of your client.
• For drivers: be willing to drive and accompany clients to doctor’s appointments, grocery shopping and errands.

• MUST have an ACTIVE New Jersey HHA Certification.
• MUST be fully vaccinated (and boosted if eligible) against COVID‑19.
• Two (2) forms of r’s License, Social Security card, etc.
• Step 1 PPD (within 12 months), Quanti
  
  FERON (within 12 months) or Chest X‑ray.
• MUST be able to pass a criminal background check.
• For drivers:
  Valid driver’s license, your own reliable automobile, proof of registration & auto insurance.
• Must be reliable, compassionate, flexible and a team player.
• 1+ year of prior experience as a Caregiver, preferred but not required.
