The role involves completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and diagnosing and repairing appliances and HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Applicants should have a High School diploma with trade certification, EPA Type I–Universal, a valid driver''s license, and 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
