Job Summary :
We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across departments. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish to effectively engage diverse candidate pools and support hiring across bilingual teams.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements
• Manage ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred
