Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with deep experience in the PDA / mobile computer / data capture industry to lead and expand our North American business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical sales expertise, channel development experience, and an existing network of VARs, distributors, and system integrators in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for PDA and mobile data capture products across B2B
, distribution, and vertical industry channels. - Build and manage relationships with key distributors, system integrators, and value-added resellers (VARs).
- Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners or regional agents; establish incentive programs to drive performance.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis against major brands such as Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, and Newland.
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to provide market feedback and tailor solutions.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of proven sales experience in the PDA / mobile computer / barcode scanner industry.
- Previous experience with Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, or similar industrial data capture brands preferred.
- Strong knowledge of channel development, B2B distribution models, and technical solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to travel domestically as needed.
