Part-time* Accounts Payable Specialist

Who We Are

Radiant Communications Corporation., founded on January 28, 1985, designs and manufactures communication products that transport data, video, and audio over high-speed internet, Ethernet, and fiber optic cables.

This role includes reconciling accounts, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end closing activities while adhering to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in handling high volumes of transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for processing vendor invoices, matching to supporting documentation.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (or similar software) preferred.
• Scan and file documents.
• Process transactions in manufacturing system and accounting system.
• Process and post employee expense reports.
• Match supporting transactions to Credit Card Bills.
• Order Office and Lunchroom supplies.
• Provide support to Controller.
• Other related tasks as requested.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Part Time Role (25-30 hours) which can lead to Full Time Role.
