Overview

Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation. Given ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.

Given our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come join us.

Responsibilities
  • Site Invoicing – Manage subcontractor & vendor invoices from inception following company protocol.
  • Coordinate with purchasing manager on various tasks included but not limited to sub contracts, purchase orders and delivery tickets.
  • Track and manage credit card transactions for site use such as Home Depot etc.
  • Payroll responsibilities such as data entry, tracking time off etc.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure invoices are being tracked, submitted and signed off in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with Site Supervisors & Foreman to ensure hours are being submitted, daily worksheets are being submitted/tracked, & Delivery tickets are being submitted.
  • Order and manage office supplies within the division.
  • Various office admin responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
  • Preferred 2-3 years knowledge in the Construction Industry
  • Must be highly organized with good follow-up skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • High school diploma required
  • College preferred but not necessary
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
