Project Manager, Operations Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating project status and changes
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in manufacturing or product development environments
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills
• Knowledge of product development processes, manufacturing workflows, and supply chain operations

• Project management certification (CAPM or PMP) is a plus
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Stage‑Gate methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools
