We are seeking a Staff Engineer to support overhead construction projects in New Jersey. The Staff Engineer will provide both engineering and construction support for overhead transmission and distribution projects, working directly in client field offices.

• Provide on‑site engineering and construction support for overhead transmission and distribution projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to engineering and construction aspects of the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor construction progress, addressing any issues or changes that arise in the field.
• Regularly report project status, challenges, and recommendations to the Project Manager and client stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project reports, tracking progress and key performance metrics.
• Utilize Power BI or similar reporting tools to provide accurate and timely project updates to stakeholders.
• Travel to various project sites as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to project sites.
• Ability to work independently and in the field under varying site conditions.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and project coordination skills.

Annual base salary range: $85,000 – $110,000. Additional benefits include eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 401(k) match.
