• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Strictly follow SOPs and training directions for sample handling, project processing, and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Sort incoming samples.
• Prepare sequencing templates, including preparation, amplification, and PCR purification.
• Perform labware washing, collect biohazardous/hazardous waste, and package it.
• Communicate with customers and other departments by e‑mail/phone in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist in purifying sequencing templates and loading samples onto sequencing machines.
• May need to work with automation platforms.
• May require overtime, weekend work, or alternative shifts with advanced notice.

• High School Diploma required.
• AAS Degree or equivalent lab‑work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of lab work experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essential.

United States Base Compensation: $16.50 - $20.50 per hour. The posted pay range is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on experience, education, qualifications, performance, and geographic location.
