Manufacturing Operator (Second Shift)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Manufacturing Operator to join our second‑shift team. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided over several months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a small, dynamic group where individuals frequently wear multiple hats.

• Support day‑to‑day manufacturing operations in a clean, organized environment. Learn and follow established processes with a high level of attention to detail.
• Assist engineers by accurately reporting data and observations from various processes.
• Operate equipment and handle materials according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain work areas and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of following instructions carefully.
• No prior HDI (high‑density interconnect) fabrication experience required; full training will be provided.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary.
