• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop store teams to ensure smooth daily operations and store performance.
• Participate in an 8 or more weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Food Safety:
  Serve Safe certified

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. Employees should have effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts.

Pay range: $25.72 per hour - $28.72 per hour. Within the range, individual pay is determined by location and experience. Panda reserves the right to change or terminate bonus programs at any time.
